It has been some time since the last blog, sorry. I do have pictures to upload but the pc is not working right and I'm not a computer whiz to figure out how to do upload them on to the laptop, for some reason it is a lot different. I will do a quick recap and begin with the first week of summer:Casen's all-star baseball tourney. Casen's team made it to the district 28 championship game. They lost by one run in the last inning. Since it is double elimination and had only one loss, they had to play again the next night. Well, that was a sad sad game, they lost 15-0 in 3 innings, they ended as district 28 runner-ups. It was a fun experience, and Casen made a lot of new friends on the team, the parents were awesome as well!
After that game we drove all night to Omaha, Nebraska for Jayden's baseball tourney. The weather was beautiful, wearing sweatshirts one morning :). Jayden's team won all three of their seeding games. When it came to single elimination they lost the first game. The vacation continued though as we went to the Omaha Zoo, and got to take in two UT College World Series games.Upon our return home Jayden had baseball and basketball camp! We are now officially in summer vacation mode: swimming pools, sleeping in, and staying up late! June flew by and before we know it, it will be August :(
